IT Manager


In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Establish strong business relationships locally to manage IT expectations on ground (and eventually to all other European sites) by collaborating with multiple IT stakeholder teams on requirements, solution, deliverables, and help business to deliver high quality new product so to lead in Europe market for New Power.

Act as an IT liaison for business, partner with NPBU Europe management team, understand business strategy and priority, plan and build effective IT solutions to enable our customers’ success

Work closely with global NPBU IT to ensure alignment on IT strategy, process, service standards, and talent initiatives.

Based on business mid-long team development strategy and priority, design to-be NPBU Europe IT system landscape, architecture , and roadmap.

Coordinate with various teams, lead the implementations of IT systems and introduce the right IT technologies to support the growing business , including the new MFG plant IT system constructions, and business process digitalization.

Manage NPBU plant IT team,  deliver the reliable and effective IT service to ensure the daily business operation excellence.

Develop/Coach the NPBU Europe IT teams, to grow team's skillsets and create the Right Environment, which is inclusive and reflective of Cummins values.



Experienced IT professional who can provide regional IT leadership and business partnership on ground by leading larger NPBU IT initiatives for all projects such as ERP roll outs, PLM (CREO/Windchill) implementation, Maximo/Ariba implementations etc. & provide guidance to IT application analyst & ITPM on a detailed level & work with other stakeholder teams, Assist NPBU IT Leader on IT strategy & roadmap activities in the region.

Good understanding of IT technology trends and enterprise IT architecture.

Excellent understanding of E2E business process especially in Engineering, Supply Chain and MFG area. Familiar with ERP/MES/PLM systems.

8-10 years large IT Transform project implementation experience with hands on as IT leader/PM role experiences. Familiar with SDLC (Waterfall, Agile etc.) project methodology.

Fluent in both written and spoken English, and Dutch.

Good communication skills and partnership with senior business leaders, IT service providers internal/external.

People management and team talent development skills.


College, university, or equivalent degree in Information Technology, Business or a related subject required.


Significant level of relevant work experience, including supervisory experience, required.

Broad business knowledge required.
