We are looking for a talented Parts Administrator to join our team based in Perth.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Uploading invoicing into customer portals
Facilitate customer credits and recharges
Parts parts payroll
Action account payable
Assist the team with freight quotes
Provide administration supporting as required including banking, audit compliance, facility maintenance and document control
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Have previous Administration experience
High levels of customer service as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
Highly motivated and a self-starter and be able to work as part of a team
High level of attention to detail
