If you are an undergraduate Engineering or Business student looking to jump start your career, we are offering a 13-month full time internship based at either of our Perth/Brisbane/Sydney office . This is a unique opportunity to gain skills and knowledge while you are working full time commencing 29th January 2024 .
In this role you will make an impact in the following ways:
Supporting the PM in the region in the delivery of key projects across area
Coordinate the planning and execution of projects including:-
1.Ensuring milestones and deadlines are achieved
2.Ensuring all resources (parts, freight, manpower etc) are available at the times required
3.Liaising with supply chain and other internal departments
Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders
Participate in community involvement activities
To qualify for this undergraduate internship, it is essential that you:
Are currently studying a Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business with an interest in a career in Project Management
Have between 1 and 8 units of study left to complete of your undergraduate degree as of January 2024
Are available for the full 13 months and be willing to defer your studies for that duration.
Note: Applicants that do not meet these qualifying requirements unfortunately will not be considered.
To be successful in this role, you will possess skills/abilities or be able to perform:
A keen interest in project management and experience through your studies in the planning and execution of projects
MS Project and MS Excel skills and a working knowledge of Project Management tools including Gaant Charts.
Can demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills, a team work ethic and the ability to think and operate autonomously and independently when required
Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
Be proactive in engaging stakeholders and suppliers to seek out necessary information to achieve set outcomes
This is a 13-month, full time, paid placement and the successful candidate will be required to defer their studies for the duration of the program.
