We are looking for a talented Regional Service Manager – Power Generation to join our Perth branch to lead and develop our western region power generation team. This role will be a key appointment to work as part of the leadership team and be accountable for achieving business objectives within this growing market segment.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Responsible for leading and developing a high performing power generation service team across our western region (WA, SA & NT). Review key performance indicators for service operations and address issues, opportunities, trends and initiate improvements
Work closely with customers to provide technical support and resolve issues, attending site meetings as required
Liaise with project team on new projects, review and submit tenders and contracts for new business generation
Ensuring all compliance for the western region is adhered to, including licences and following all Cummins / Australian safety guidelines
Establish goals and targets for the service operations; measure, review and maintain superior customer satisfaction levels.
Identify business growth opportunities whilst building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Relevant electrical trade qualification (and able to operate in WA). Current contractor nominee licence – desirable
Significant level of Industrial technical and supervisory experience required – ideally within Power generation and with knowledge of HV
Have the ability to deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
Have a solid understanding of delivering customer centric solutions, capturing specific data using required service tools; following procedures, documenting information and report writing. Contract management skills are highly desirable
