We are looking for a talented Service Administrator specialising in Administration in the automotive, mining or trucking industry for our busy Perth branch. This role will provide high level administrative support for a specific programme to mobilise a high volume of engines from The Pilbara to Perth.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Liaise with schedulers to ensure repair plans are being followed and schedules are on track
Coordinate engine freight, engine to site and returning the engine to Cummins Perth for repair
Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to coordinate the process and ensure everything remains on schedule
Provide assistance to Service Coordinators with processing quotations, invoices, policy and warranty claims for the project
Collaborate with customers to schedule Technician and sub-contractor site access, authority to work and accommodation
Collate parts availability and work with the Master Rebuild Centre to ensure adequate dyno availability
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Demonstrated service administration in a similar industry, automotive, mining or trucking
World class communication skills, with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders and customers in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational skills, with high attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
Understanding of the warranty process and scheduling is highly desirable
