DESCRIPTION
The Human Resources Employee Services Regional Manager is responsible for leading and managing the delivery of Total Rewards and HR service lines across the APAC region, including India, South Pacific, and Southeast Asia. This role ensures alignment with Cummins’ global HR strategy, compliance with regional legislation, and excellence in employee experience. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategic direction and operational delivery of Total Rewards service lines (Health & Wellness Benefits, Retirement/Pension, TR Engagement, Broad-Based Compensation) across APAC.
Partner with Geographic People Support Leaders, Payroll, and HR Operations to ensure seamless and consistent HR support for employees.
Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders including COEs, HRBPs, Regional Benefits, and TR leadership to align with business needs.
Ensure compliance with regional labor laws and maintain constructive union relationships where applicable.
Represent APAC in the Global Total Rewards leadership team, providing regional insights for global decision-making.
Monitor service delivery metrics and SLAs; implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage regional budgets and operating plans; track performance and financial outcomes.
Oversee customer satisfaction and service quality; act on feedback to enhance employee experience.
Coach and mentor team members; manage workload distribution and performance development.

Experience
Significant experience in international HR service delivery, including leadership, compliance, and budget management.
Proven success in managing regional HR operations in a multinational environment, ideally across APAC.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
Experience working with unionized environments and labor relations is a plus.
Note: While this role leads the Total Rewards Operations group, direct technical experience in Total Rewards is not required . The most critical qualifications are strong leadership, cultural adaptability, and collaboration skills . Experience in Total Rewards is considered an asset, but not a prerequisite.
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
Advanced degree or certification in HR or Total Rewards is a plus.
Significant experience in international HR service delivery, including leadership, compliance, and budget management.
