Business Travel - assistant Manager

Description

Responsible for the preparation of travel reports for department managers. Supports expense reporting process, Corporate Cards process and customer inquiries.

Prepares analysis and reports on travel, entertainment and miscellaneous expenses to entity leaders, including exception reporting on travel policies.

Financial Analysis - Interprets financial data by analyzing trends, variances, opportunities and risks to provide insight to stakeholders regarding financial impact to drive business improvement; evaluates financial results against targets to communicate conclusions to all stakeholders; ensures integrity of financial data by investigating variances and determining corrective actions to resolve identified issues.

Systems Governance - Evaluates finance system controls to ensure compliance with company policies and processes; evaluates system access by reviewing security requirements to ensure appropriate data confidentiality; assesses system access by reviewing change requests to determine impact and mitigate risks.

Benefit Plan Vendor Management - Evaluates the outsourced services received to ensure compliance with Fiduciary responsibility and member experiences expected by the company.

Financial Internal Controls - Leverages internal control framework by assessing internal controls and developing remediation plans to mitigate financial reporting risks and respond to changing business needs.

Education, Licenses, Certifications

College, university, or equivalent degree in Business Administration or related field required.

Experience

Minimal relevant professional work experience in the field of study required.

Building and maintaining relationships with travel partners .Manage internal customers. Ensuring service delivery . Updated with current market trends. Assists and improvises current travel process's & tools.
