IT Technical Analyst
Description
Key Responsibilities:
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for IT systems.
Assist in analyzing potential solutions and evaluating technical fit.
Create solution designs adhering to standards and leveraging component re-use.
Design infrastructure and applications to meet architecture, security, and performance requirements.
Participate in design and code reviews to ensure quality.
Drive efficiency through automation in build and deploy processes.
Contribute to test strategy and execution.
Assist in creating standards and processes for IT design and development.
Analyze existing systems for improvements.
Provide level 3 support for critical issues.
Collaborate with IT service providers to ensure quality outsourced work.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Education: College, university, or equivalent degree in Information Technology, Business, or related subject.
Experience: Intermediate level of relevant work experience required, with 3-5 years of experience.
Skills: Expertise in Oracle PLSQL, SQL, RDBMS, query optimization, and complex SQLs. Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of Oracle EBS data structure is a plus.
