Junior Shop Manager- IT Support Associate
Description
Performs skilled non production activities independently which support the manufacturing processes in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment and may instruct or coach others.

Education, Licenses, Certifications
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience
Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
Installation and troubleshooting CMES, QDAS, Radinik and MFG software.
Conduct Oracle UAT, Project management, Business Requirement Documentation
Knowledge of Power BI & Power App., Share Point, LAN, WAN, Computer Hardware, IIoT.
Basic knowledge of SQL DB, Oracle, OT & AI devices,
Expert in MS Excel & Power Point
