Supply Chain Planner

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance supply chain signals.

  • Monitor and adjust parameters within the planning system for optimal performance.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive short-term tactical improvements.

  • Participate in cross-functional process improvement teams.

  • Execute daily operational planning processes.

  • Identify and mitigate potential supply chain disruptions.

  • Drive consistency in planning signals across the supply chain.

  • Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify improvement areas.

  • Manage a team of 7-8 planners and drive KPIs.

  • Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance team performance.

  • Manage stakeholders and participate in supplier calls to benefit aftermarket.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.

  • Minimal to intermediate level of experience in supply chain roles.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficiency in materials planning systems and tools.

  • Experience with part change control management and Plan for Every Part (PFEP) principles.

  • Ability to manage materials KPIs and drive performance improvements.

  • Availability for North America shift timings (5 PM - 2 AM).

Certifications and Education:

  • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in applicable field required.

  • Licensing may be necessary for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
