The Cummins Sales and Service San Leandro, CA is looking for an experienced Customer Support Representative to support the administration of dealer contracts and renewals.

This Customer Service and Support role relates to Cummins electronic service tools; including QSOL, EDS and CVCOL (for retail customers), Insite, InCal, Zap-It, PowerSpec, InPower, WebCumpas, and any other software products as they may apply.

  • Responsible for Cummins subscription service registrations, renewals and transfers for internal & external customers (including dealers)

  • Responsible for assisting and troubleshooting basic subscription service program issues, including: software, registration, etc.

  • Billing and invoicing of Insite, Incal, QSOL, and all other subscription services, renewals and registrations

  • Prepare reports for management and tracking purposes as needed

  • Pro-active communication of subscription service information to field

  • Participate in factory led subscription service related conference calls

  • Create, maintain and promote a safe and clean workplace environment

  • Occasional travel (minimal) to include new employee training and Aftermarket Support team meetings

  • Additional miscellaneous responsibilities identified as needed to support our internal and external Aftermarket customers



  • Strong interpersonal and customer relations skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent computer skills and experience with MS Office product (Word, Excel, and Power Point)

  • Ability to quickly learn and utilize Cummins computer based software tools

  • Excellent time management and decision making skills

  • Able to succeed in a macro-management environment

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively

  • Well organized and detail oriented

Education and Experience:

  • High school degree or equivalent required

  • Associated degree or technical certificate preferred

  • Minimum two (2) years of related experience preferred

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base hourly rate commensurate with experience.
