Business Development Manager Data Centre

In this role, here are some of the ways you will make an impact:

• Develops and maintains a robust pipeline of prospects, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

• Collaborating with the engineering design, project management and technical sales support teams, determining the best value Cummins can offer to suit the requirements of the Data Center customers.

• Preparing and delivering compelling sales proposals and presentations.

• Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals, complying with relevant company guidelines and legislation.

• Supports the overall sales strategy through good communication and coordination across the sales organization.

• Mentoring to support with the development of less experienced sales and account team staff.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• Previous experience in a business development or sales role with commercial acumen.

• Technical background is necessary with knowledge in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering advantageous.

• Adaptable with excellent communication and teamwork skills and ability to work within complex projects.

• Previous experience within Data Centre sector would be beneficial.

You will be rewarded with:

• £47,600 - £59,500 (depending on experience)
