Assistente de Serviços - PCD
Follows established procedures and guidelines to provide timely and effective administrative support to an office, business unit, department, or other organization group. Performs activities under direct supervision.
Answers telephones, screens calls and takes messages so callers/visitors are dealt with promptly, courteously and accurately.
Transcribes, type, format and proof reads a variety of material (e.g., correspondence, invoices, contracts, meeting minutes, reports, speeches, and presentations) using word processing, presentation, graphics and spreadsheet software.
Coordinates internal and external meetings. This may include scheduling meeting times, making travel arrangements for attendees and ensuring that various meeting amenities are available.
Manages the appointments and schedules of staff in the unit.
Uses office equipment such as photocopiers, faxes and printers.
Performs other administrative tasks according to established guidelines and procedures so these activities are completed accurately and on time. Activities may include distributing incoming mail, preparing outgoing mail, filing, maintaining office supplies or other inventory.

Education, Licenses, Certifications
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
Minimal or no work experience required.
Suportar consultor de vendas com emissão de Orçamentos e notas fiscais
Realizar follow up em clientes sobre orçamentos enviados
Alimentar planilhas de controle de clientes.
Realizar Follow up em fornecedores
Suporta as atividades administrativas da unidade, visando o bom atendimento/satisfação do cliente interno
Apoia o controle de recebimento de material e NF's de fornecedores/ prestadores de serviço.
Realiza solicitação de compras no Interagi e emite NF's eletrônicas.
Auxília no controle de serviços de manutenção predial da unidade
Efetua e controla as reservas de salas para reuniões internas, providenciando todos os recursos necessários.
Realiza a distribuição de documentos da unidade
Organiza e arquiva documentos pertinentes a área ou conforme solictação
Dá apoio aos diversos departamentos da unidade.
