Payroll Officer – Scoresby
About the role:
Based in our Scoresby Head Office and reporting to the Senior Payroll Analyst, we currently have an exciting full time permanent opportunity for a Payroll Officer to join our close-knit and highly supportive team. You’ll also be responsible for;
Administers and processes payroll according to internal procedures
Ensures payments are calculated and paid accurately and timely
End of month reporting
Serves as an internal and external resource on payroll related inquiries
Participates in continuous improvement projects and initiatives
Proven payroll experience, at least 3 years!
NZ Payroll and ADP payforce experience is highly advantageous
Ability to understand and pick up new processes
‘Go Getter’ attitude and ability to talk to people at all levels and build strong relationships
Willingness to learn, challenge and show initiative
