We are looking for a talented Sales Administrator to join our National Sales Team in the After Market space, based in Scoresby - can also be based remotely around Australia. You’ll build on existing stakeholder relationships, assist with reporting focused on monthly sales figures and forecasting, support sales executives in the field, provide quotes and ensure the highest standard of service is provided. This is a great opportunity for someone to bring their enthusiasm and energy

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Support a team of Sales Executives located across Australia, spanning across our entire product range which includes automotive, mining, marine, industrial and power generation products.

  • Develop relationships internally and externally

  • Gain the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity and commitment of others

  • Plan and develop your workload to meet commitments of organizational goals

  • Create engaging PowerPoint presentations, reporting on sales data in a professional and succinct manner.

  • Be on hand for Sales Executives in the field to provide administrative support and troubleshoot.

  • Prepare effective tenders and pull together quotations for our customers.

  • Support and maintenance of business CRM tool

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Demonstrated experience in a sales administrator role within a similar aftermarket environment

  • Confident Excel aptitude – loves to deep dive in the numbers and make the data meaningful!

  • Salesforce Experience is beneficial

  • Experience working with remote teams

  • Experience working with Zoom and Microsoft Teams.

  • A self-starter who is looking to make a name for themselves and be the go-to person for the team.
