DESCRIPTION

Ensures products received or produced meet technical specifications and trains others. Works under minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Ensure Product Quality: By verifying the final quality of products on the production line, you'll ensure that only top-quality products reach customers.

2.Identify Defects: Your keen eye for detail will help identify defects by comparing components, materials, equipment, and products to technical specifications.

3.Maintain Standards: You'll uphold the company's quality standards by separating products that do not meet the desired technical specifications.

4.Utilize Measurement Techniques: Using both basic and complex measurement techniques and equipment, you'll ensure precise and accurate quality assessments.

5.Document Non-Conforming Products: Your thorough documentation of products that do not meet technical specifications will help track and improve quality control processes.

6.Train Team Members: By training others in the use of measurement equipment, segregation of non-conforming products, and documentation, you'll enhance the team's overall efficiency and expertise.

7.Follow Quality Norms: Adhering to the company's defined norms and standards of quality, you'll contribute to maintaining a consistent and high-quality production process.

8.Continuous Improvement: Your role will be crucial in driving continuous improvement in product quality and production processes, ensuring the company stays competitive and reliable.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

Pick up nonconforming material from the shop floor red carts.

Process inventory transactions

Process product through the plant hold area as necessary.

This is a special assignment / interview role.
