We are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team specializing in Administrative Support for Talent Acquisition.

The TA Associate/Associate Recruiter will partner and collaborate with hiring managers, interview teams, recruiters, human resources, shared services and other key stakeholders to provide support services across talent acquisition and onboarding processes.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Candidate Interview Coordination: Schedule candidate interviews, coordinate schedules with hiring managers, make travel arrangements, prepare candidate information packets, and create interview agendas.

  • Expense Management: Manage and submit expenses for payment related to the interview process and candidate travel for external candidates.

  • Job Description Creation: Create and format job descriptions in accordance with Cummins' employment brand.

  • Requisition Management: Accountable for managing the life cycle of requisitions through the applicant tracking system (ATS), including documentation for auditing purposes.

  • Offer Management: Lead and support the offer management process, initiate and complete background and reference checks, and communicate results to relevant parties.

  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement activities for talent acquisition processes, document processes and improvements, and contribute to communication and change management efforts.

  • Compliance: Adhere to recruiting processes, policies, tools, and recruitment teams in compliance with relevant legislative and governmental regulations and company policies. Collaborate with the immigration team to ensure compliance with all immigration regulations.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, excellent time management, and organizational skills.

  • Stakeholders are served with a high level of skill and attention to detail.

  • Ability to build, consult, and manage stakeholder relationships to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of processes.

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to navigate multiple talent acquisition tools and systems.

  • Proven experience working within the talent acquisition function is preferred.

  • Experience with collective bargaining agreements, labor relations, and unions preferred.

Education/Experience:
