NE/SE Asia Service Leader

Leading and developing people is a key part of this role
Execute the overall service strategy for the NESEA region
Executive responsibility for the regions service profitability and performance ( AOP , WIP, warranty etc)
Responsibility to build and maintain capability across the region ( QS, NPS, PITTI elements, local service leaders development and performance)
Responsibility to deliver global and local service initiatives ( DSLT, TMS, service tools implementations ( Guidanz, QSSA, QSSM and DBS)
Facilitating Internal Relationships and Consensus - Has experience with large group dynamics and demonstrated the proven relationship skills needed to pull a broad mix of people and related skill bases together for a common purpose and goal
Manage Customer Relationship - Manages customer interactions and relationships to maximize opportunities. Consistently demonstrates ability to establish rapport, meet commitments, and develop effective working relationships with customers.
Develop Systems and Processes - Demonstrated results indicating deep knowledge and understanding of the complexities of developing systems and processes.
Innovate - Demonstrated results indicating deep knowledge of innovation. Generates innovative ideas and solutions to problems affecting customers (internal or external)
Analyze Issues - Demonstrated results indicating deep knowledge of analyzing issues. Critically identifies an issue's scope and parameters while analyzing it from multiple perspectives.

Influencing - Consistently demonstrates the ability to encourage others to change their mindset and/or behaviors to achieve positive results. Champion Change - Solid understanding of change management processes, systems and tools
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
Six sigma(Green or trained Black Belt)
At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering - Others or equivalent.
