Supervisor – Truck Bay - Tamworth

Monday to Friday shift

Cummins a global leader in power solutions, invites you to be part of our state-of-the-art offices where groundbreaking technology meets hands-on expertise. We are looking for a talented Supervisor – Truck Bay to join our growing team in Tamworth, NSW. You will work closely with the technicians and apprentices, coaching and developing their skills. You will provide work direction, review repair plans, manage sub-contractors, sourcing materials, developing quotations and more!
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Responsible for leading and mentoring a team of technicians and apprentices
Ensure your team achieves its KPI’s to deliver results
Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth process from beginning to end
Ensure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, and Complete required documentation
Being a hands-on tools Supervisor from time to time, with minor repairs
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Qualified Heavy Diesel Automotive Mechanic (Cert III) is preferred
Experience as a qualified technician, working with engine products
Experience in a management is preferred but not essential
Strong communication and organisation skills in a high-pressure environment
