We are looking for a talented Administration Assistant to join our team in Tomago, NSW!

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Dealing with Customer queries, in person and online

  • Combination role of Service Administration and General Administration

  • Assisting with payroll entry when required

  • Inputting of timesheets

  • Processing purchase orders

  • Participating in onsite monthly OH&S compliance tasks

  • Managing contractor permits

  • Ensuring training database is up to date - Censes

  • Coordinating travel arrangements

  • Compliance databases to be updated – IndiSoft, and local records

  • Generating monthly reports, which include, service KPI report, branch performance report and other reports when required

  • Covering Reception when required

  • Any other ad hoc tasks required

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Previous administrative experience (automotive, mining, or trucking industry is highly desirable)

  • Strong and professional verbal and written communication skills

  • Intermediate skills with MS Office Suite, specifically excel

  • A highly organised person with a strong eye for detail

  • A positive, upbeat attitude and a proactive mindset

  • Can multitask, and be willing to help team members

  • Experience with Time sheeting, Accounts, finance, and purchase orders is advantageous

  • Awareness of OH&S in the workplace
