Description
We are looking for a South Pacific Project Team Manager to join our dynamic team at our Wetherill Park branch. This is a relationship-focused leadership role, managing and mentoring the project management team. In this role, you will collaborate with strategic partners to support the business in its delivery of sales to completion. You will approve business workflow and project design; assesses business needs, Project Manager capabilities, and available project budgets.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Focus on leading and developing a South Pacific team to deliver project management excellence across multiple business segments and geographies within South Pacific
Collaborate with sales, costing, estimating, engineering and other internal teams to perform feasibility needs analysis to determine project timelines, risk analysis, project identification, design, budget, communication, and integration of project plans, Project Manager capabilities, resources and available project budgets.
Assist Project Managers with project issue resolution
Coordinate, prioritize, negotiate, and manage the execution of all assigned projects and contracts
Lead the analysis, project identification, budget, communication, and integration
Helps Project Managers assess project risk through the use of quality tools
Monitors project success measures and understand the status of specific projects and assignments

About you
Demonstrated leadership experience including previous experience in managing and leading teams
Dedicated to building the, ‘Right Work Environment’, including a focus on Health, Safety and Environment
Emotional intelligence and having a balanced view of customer and staff perspectives
Commercial acumen, Action orientation & Conflict resolution
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and oral
Strong leadership, project management and analytical skills with the ability to influence people at different levels across the organization
