The Customer Quality Specialist will support the business to advocate for customers in resolving product quality, supply chain quality and process quality related issues.
Develops understanding of customer expectations and requirements for quality.
Supports the vision and strategy for the Customer Quality organization, including definition of key performance metrics and goal tree initiatives.Works to implement and close action plans for customer quality issues including product, supply chain, or process related.
Uses Customer Centric metrics to prioritize customer quality issuesMaintains external relationships and supports developing key quality communications, in some cases communicates externally.
Contributes to process improvement efforts and may lead portions of workflows or processes.
Education, Licenses, Certifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required Certified Green Belt preferred (Can be General, PPS, or 6S stats)
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
- Intermediate level of experience required (3-5 years)
