RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Problem-Solving in Complex Environments You’ll need to make sense of large volumes of data and conflicting priorities to solve scheduling and capacity challenges effectively.

  • Mastery of Planning Tools and Systems Proficiency in materials planning systems and tools like Excel or Access will be essential for managing supply and demand, responding to alerts, and performing root cause analysis.

  • Strategic Planning Capabilities Skills in PFEP, RCCP, and detailed capacity planning will help you design efficient material flows and resource plans that support long-term operational goals.

  • KPI-Driven Decision Making Understanding and interpreting materials KPIs will allow you to assess performance, identify gaps, and make informed decisions that balance trade-offs across the supply chain.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

Requires some work experience and intermediate level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience. 1-4 years of relevant work experience preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience organizing and scheduling production lines

  • Experience with Microsoft Office & Microsoft Excel
